Architecture is not a business like any other.
It is always a new, individual expression of perfection. Every project lives from the personal style that we give a valuable form, resulting in a sensual overall experience. Because what makes architecture unique is the sum of many small, carefully planned details. We create living spaces that do equal justice to the client's personality and our high quality standards.
Gerhard Landau, born in 1965, completed his degree in architecture at the Munich University of Applied Sciences in 1990. After a two-year stay abroad with Michael Hopkins + Partners in London, he returned to Munich and founded the office landau + kindelbacher architekten - innenarchitekten together with Ludwig Kindelbacher in 1994. He was registered with the Bavarian Chamber of Architects in 1993. Guest critiques in Munich, Rosenheim and Paris as well as a two-year teaching position at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences reflect his interest in concrete planning work and academic discourse. He was appointed to the BDA - Association of German Architects - in 2004 and was admitted to the BDIA - Association of German Interior Architects as an associate in 2011. He has held numerous lecture and jury positions in Germany and abroad and is managing partner of Landau Kindelbacher Architekten Innenarchitekten GmbH.
